Cava of a straw golden color, with a bright appearance with uniform bubble release and permanent crown formation. On the nose it presents aromas of aging that the autolysis of the yeasts have provided, connotations of honey, dried fruit and traces of candied fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and well combined.
