A structured and fruity wine, typical of Valpolicella who made from local grapes. Brilliant, intense red ruby color almost garnet. The double fermentation process on Amarone’s dried skins, intensifies ripe and juicy red fruits aromas, enriched by woody and spicy notes, given by the aging in barrels. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, persistent but also balanced and elegant, like velvet.
