FONDÌ

Produced in very small quantities, it is traditionally bottled during Holy Week. Characterized by a pleasantly bitter finish, it is dry and dry on the palate. It has a characteristic hint of bread crust, which is well linked to the typical fruity taste. It has a straw yellow color and there is a certain haze of the wine to the eye. This detail is not a defect, but a distinctive element of the product.
