COLOUR: Ruby cherry red color with a medium-high layer, bright bluish-red trim and finely tinted tears on the glass.
AROMAS: On the nose, toasted and smoky aromas appear at the beginning, opening towards notes of ripe black fruits with reminds of blackberries, wild strawberry and cassis; spiced and balsamic (nutmeg, Mediterranean undergrowth woods, sweet pepper).
IN THE MOUTH: Soft entry into the mouth at the beginning, showing a certain tannic structure, well balanced in the alcohol-acidity combination, medium tertiary fruity sensation, long aftertaste withs hints of toasted/mineral (burnt wood, moist charcoal, dry mushroom).
