Fermented in fudres vats of 1000L under control temperature. Only indigenous yeast .
12 mounths in new french oak (60%) and 1 year old (40%) of 500 L and oak french fudre of 1000 L and at least 12 mounths in bottle before realese. Bourgogne bottle of 0.75L. Yield about 3000 bottles

-High intensity and incredibly pleasent aroma. Thymes, lavender and menthol hints, highlight violets and black fruits aromas.
-Dry and high acidity wine perfectly balanced with the present and funny tannin.
Nice integrated alcohol. Red fruits, very silky entry, with herbal hints too, these last amazing. Lingering and intense flavor. What an acidity!
