Color: Garnet red tending to orange with ageing. Bouquet: Intense red fruit jam, plum and currant floral aromas of dried rose and violet, followed by more complex hints of spices, licorice, undergrowth. Taste: Enveloping, elegant. Long persistence in drinking, thanks to the harmonic and silky tannins. The alcohol content is well balanced by a surprising freshness, an indication of its great aging capacity.
