Straw yellow with intense golden reflections, this is how it looks. The intense and persistent aroma still reveals the varietal-fruity notes, albeit ripe; the scent of caramelized fruit and honey stands out. the scent of vanillin, typical of aging in wood, is not intrusive, on the contrary it stimulates the sense of smell to more and more interesting sensations, including licorice root. The taste is full and round, slightly sapid and pleasantly bitter.
