Elaboration
In the winery, the grapes are selected manually to later carry out a pre-fermentative cold maceration and a subsequent slow fermentation at around 23ºC. Finally, the wine has been aged in French oak barrels for 24 months with a subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Aromas. Its acidity and liveliness, typical of our mountain vineyards, makes it a good pairing with sheep cheeses and sirloin-type meats.
